PlayTRACKz Terms and Conditions of Use
TRIAL PERIOD, RISK-FREE TRIAL, BILLING AND PAYMENT.
TRIAL PERIOD
PlayTRACKz may, from time to time, offer trial period for lower cost to new subscribers. Once the trial period ends, subscriber will enter the normal billing cycle automatically. It is member's responsibility to cancel his/her account should he/she wish not to continue with full membership. There will be no refund once the normal billing cycle is entered. The trial subscription offer is one-time offer per subscriber.
RISK-FREE TRIAL
PlayTRACKz may, from time to time, offer a 30 day risk-free subscription to users of PlayTRACKz paid products. Should the subscriber want to cancel their account, the pay account users must cancel their account online within the first 30 days of paid subscription service to ensure a full refund.
This offer is a one-time offer per subscriber. PlayTRACKz reserves the right to bill the customer and/or suspend their account(s) if it suspects that the user/subscriber has in the past or is currently operating multiple accounts.

Use of Services
PlayTRACKz is meant to be used for personal and commercial use. It may not be associated with any illegal activities.
Anyone clicking on a link of PlayTRACKz or registering for an account agrees to these terms. PlayTRACKz, its subsidiaries, offer PlayTRACKz services to you, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated and PlayTRACKz is just a conduit to this material. PlayTRACKz reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to pre-screen, flag, filter, refuse, modify or move any Content available via PlayTRACKz services.
You understand that by using PlayTRACKz services you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable, and that you use PlayTRACKz services at your own risk. There are commercially available services and software to limit access to material that you may find objectionable.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PlayTRACKz AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF PlayTRACKz OR PARTNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE PlayTRACKz SERVICES; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM PlayTRACKz SERVICES; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON PlayTRACKz SERVICES; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO PlayTRACKz SERVICES.
Limitation of Damages
The amount of damages shall not exceed the amount paid to PlayTRACKz.
Notice
You agree that PlayTRACKz may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, by email or updates on PlayTRACKz.
